Introduction
- These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of The Travel Solutions website and our travel services. By using our website or booking with us, you accept these Terms.
Information we collect
- A booking is confirmed only when full/required payment is received and a confirmation/itinerary is issued.
- Any dependent supplier (airline, hotel, transport) terms apply in addition to ours.
Prices & payments
- Prices are quoted in the chosen currency and may change until booking is confirmed.
- We accept payments via the payment methods shown at checkout. Any card/processor fees are disclosed at payment.
Cancellations & refunds
- Cancellation charges depend on supplier rules and the timing of cancellation. Non-refundable supplier elements (air tickets, special offers) will not be refundable.
- Refunds will be processed after receipt from suppliers; processing timelines follow industry practice (examples vary but commonly within 30 days after confirmation of refund).
Passports, visas & travel documents
- Travellers must hold valid passports, visas and meet destination entry rules. As a specialist travel provider, we will inform clients of standard requirements where possible, but you must verify final requirements before travel. (Note: courts have held travel operators responsible for checking passport validity for international travel in some cases.)
Changes by you or suppliers
- If you change your booking, supplier change fees may apply. If supplier changes service materially, we will inform you and offer alternatives where possible.
Liability & disclaimers
- We act as an agent for suppliers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid to us for the affected travel element. We are not liable for supplier failures, weather, strikes, or other force majeure events.
Force majeure
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control including (but not limited to) natural disasters, government action, pandemics, strikes, or air traffic control.
Governing law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes will be subject to the competent courts of the company’s registered jurisdiction.
