Highlights: Colombo - Dambulla - Kandy - Nuwara Eliya - Yala - Negombo
Day 1 : Colombo
Arrive in Sri Lanka. You will be met by our representative and transferred to Colombo. Afternoon, commence city tour of Colombo. Overnight stay at Grand Oriental Hotel or Ceylon Continental Hotel, Colombo.
Day 2 : Colombo - Dambulla
After breakfast leave for Polonnaruwa. En route visit * Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage - Started in 1975 to house the abandoned and the wounded, the orphanage has grown to be a big family today. A unique experience never to be missed. Afternoon commence city tour of Polonnaruwa. Then transfer to Dambulla. Overnight stay at Pelwehera Village or Amaya Lake (Former Culture Club Resort), Dambulla.
Day 3 : Dambulla - Kandy
After breakfast climb the Sigriya Rock Fortress. Thereafter leave for Kandy. En route visit Dambulla Cave Temple, a spice garden and batik factory in Matale. Overnight stay at The Swiss Residence or Amaya Hills, Kandy.
Day 4 : Kandy - Nuwara Eliya
After breakfast commence city tour of Kandy, including Upper Lake Drive, Market Square, Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic and the Royal Botanical Gardens. Thereafter proceed to Nuwara Eliya, visiting a tea estate and factory en route. Overnight stay at Windsor Hotel or St. Andrews Hotel, Nuwara Eliya.
Day 5 : Nuwara Eliya - Yala
After breakfast sightseeing of Nuwara Eliya. Afterwards proceed to Yala via Bandarawela, Ella & Wellawaya. Afternoon safari at Yala National Park. Overnight stay at Elephant Reach, Yala.
Day 6 : Yala - Negombo
After breakfast leave for Negombo. En route commence sightseeing of Galle. Stroll around the light house and harbour or visit the old town where you can see the traditional lace makers and carvers and purchase some the finest shell-craft souvenirs in the world. Overnight stay at Golden Star or Blue Oceanic Hotel, Negombo.
Day 7 : Negombo
After breakfast transfer to the airport for departure OR transfer to the preferred beach resort.
